“On Tuesday, March 14, St James School hosted its first Internal Soccer Tournament at our newly secured Sports Fields. Our newly appointed Sports Co-ordinator, Mr. Douglas Benton, cannot wait to kick off our official Extra-Mural Sports Programme. (Pun intended😉). Our teachers will ably assist him, and the focus for Term 2 will primarily be on developing Soccer and Netball. Different age groups will train on different days; matches against other schools will be announced closer to the time. Thank you to Ms. Botes for drawing up the new Sports Timetable – that took some thinking! Our seniors will be transported to the fields and back on their training days, while our juniors will train at school.
